Through FTIUM training programs, you can enhance your skill sets, initiate and complete your apprenticeship, or achieve a journeyworker continuing education and certification.

Retirement
Your future is secure at the IUPAT. The IUPAT Pension Fund guarantees that members will receive benefits into their retirement, based on their hours of service, wages while working, and time they retire. As a defined contribution plan, members receive a set benefit amount throughout their retirement, regardless of how the Pension Fund performs.
The IUPAT also offers an Annuity Plan, a defined contribution plan, which may be included in your collective bargaining agreement with your employer. DC 82 works with Milliman to provide and administer this benefit to our members.
